DELIVERIES: SHIPPING INFORMATION
WE DO REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY ON ALL PACKAGES DELIVERED BY UPS. IF THIS IS INCONVENIENT, YOU MAY REQUEST THAT WE DELETE THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT AND DIRECT THE UPS DRIVER TO LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE AT A SPECIFIC LOCATION. WE MUST RECEIVE AN E-MAIL REQUESTING THIS SERVICE, OR IT CAN BE WRITTEN INTO THE "COMMENTS" SECTION OF YOUR ORDER.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please write a note of instruction on the original invoice and enclose it with the item[s]. Ship via Certified or Insured Mail. This will enable you to trace your package if it is lost in transit. Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of invoice date for a refund to be granted. The returned items must be in new condition. No item[s]that have been worn, altered laundered or soiled will be accepted. They will be returned to you at your cost. Shipments received after the 15 calendar days will be issued a store credit valid for one year from date of issue. Items will be accepted for exchange for up to 30 calendar days from date of invoice. Any item[s] received after 30 calendar days will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please mail returns to:LA Kiss PO Box 801 Cortaro AZ 85652. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH LA KISS DESIGNS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
International Orders:
All International Orders will be shipped via Global Express Mail. LA Kiss is not responsible for charges levied by the Country the order is shipped to. Any Taxes or Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. LA Kiss has no control over delays caused by customs or the Postal service. We will provide you with the tracking number when your order is shipped. Please contact us by e-mail to check availability.
